Directions :-

Hot Water Method
Wrap the therapy gell pad in a towel and immerse in water about 80 degrees celcius for 6 minutes. Before use, knead pad and check temperature. Apply in 20 minutes intervals.

Microwave method
Flatten the therapy gel pad and ensure the gel is evenly distributed. Set timer for about 10 seconds. Before use, knead pad and check temperature. Apply in 20 minutes intervals.

Cool method
Play therapy gel pad in freezer for about 15 minutes or in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. Before use, knead pad and check temperature. Apply in 20 minutes intervals.

Cleaning
Wash with soap and water. Store in cool place and avoid direct sunlight after use.
